Job Description

Maison De La Fork a growing Lake Forest, Ca. creator of unique Pastries for events and all occasions is seeking a passionate innovative Executive leader to move them strongly forward in the industry.

The successful candidate will lead the business to new internet markets while increasing the local sales of product. This will be accomplished by Ensuring a positive experience for our customers through excellent service that includes but is not limited to speed/accuracy of service; consistency; cleanliness and value of end product.

Builds a team culture and mindset through a system of rewards, recognition, communication, and community to deliver a great employment experience as the business is to expand.

Ensure profitability through effective food and labor cost control measures.
Full P&L statement responsibility.
Creates and coordinates employee schedules, time off requests and other labor needs.
Directs, plans, monitors, and maintains inventory to ensure an adequate supply of product.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Possesses a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency. Ability to multi-task to meet competing deadlines.
Take responsibility for Internet presence, marketing products, global sales, and delivery.

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 2 years experience in senior management working in Hospitality, Food, and Beverage industries. Skilled in business development, as General manager of the corporation
• 2 years of restaurant business development with an emphasis on internet marketing and product delivery via delivery services such as UPS, or other providers. Showing an increase in market penetration and increased sales.
• Experience as a creative problem solver
• Experience as a team builder in a growing company.

Full-time employment, wage is $65,000 per year.
