To receive your orders of Persian sweets by March 20th place your orders following the guidelines below:

To our Canadian customers: order no later than March 1st
To our USA customers: order no later than March 12th

All orders received after the deadlines will be shipped in the order they are received.

We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner; However, the holiday season shipments may take longer.

At this time, we are gladly offering shipments to the United States & Canada only.

Yes, we certainly do and we will gladly include your gift message to the order.

We gladly alter your order to your liking on all of our products except COOKIES since once the order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be changed.  

If you would like to add to your COOKIE order, please submit a request through our contact form within 24 hours of your ORIGINAL order to make sure all is received at the same time. 

• Disclaimer: we reserve the right to add an additional 10 % charges on any / all alterations made to the original order 10 days prior to the event. 

We strongly value our clients and our goal is to constantly provide an exceptional experience for them. 

We do not issue a refund unless due to unforeseen situations, we have not fully completed your order, a partial negotiable refund will be offered.
